For the Carroll Centre (children's charity), Winchester, 2014-2017:
- Content for a newsletter for circulation to donors, local Council and members.
- Rewriting, clarifying and updating a number of policies for the charity, including new disciplinary, complaints and grievance policies and procedures;
- Prose content for the charity's 2017 Annual review booklet, and a fund-raising document for donors.

For the Giggle Group (film and event production company):
Content for interactive DVD providing supportive, age-appropriate information for teenage children who have been diagnosed with HIV (client: NHS. 2010). Using characters and teenage voice to get across challenging facts to this vulnerable group.
Four short films using narrative to support offenders in complying with offender orders such as bail conditions, probation meetings, court appearances etc. (client: London Criminal Justice Board, 2009). Strongly image-based stories with first-person perspective to convey messages as powerfully as possible to people whose fluency in English may be limited.
Film for 12-year-old school children about unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, combining drama, explanation by animated narrator and vox pops. Also attended throughout filming to adapt script as needed (client: Leeds City Council, 2008).
Script for presenter Al Murray for National Food Awards event (client: Booker, 2007). Tone-of-voice script tailored to presenter's style.
West End and Commercial Theatre:
- Substantial script editing and rewriting scenes and sections for Wallace and Gromit's A Grand Night Out and Star Trek Live on Stage: The Lost Voyage of the Enterprise.
- Also programme copy, marketing copy and press releases for numerous live theatre productions.
